About Reynolds

CVS receipts are easy to ignore. Most people pocket them, forget about them for a week, and throw them out.

I started looking at the small print at the bottom, like the survey invitation, the 17-digit code, and the 7-day window, because I noticed that almost every guide out there was written by someone who hadn’t actually tried it. They got the code lengths wrong, used old reward info, linked to URLs that no longer worked, and never mentioned the fake sites that are everywhere in this niche.

That’s why I decided to make this guide differently.

Every guide here starts with a real CVS receipt and an actual visit to the survey page, not just a rewrite of someone else’s article. I check the exact format the code entry accepts, what the confirmation screen looks like, and whether the sweepstakes details match what’s advertised elsewhere. Then I share that information and update it whenever something changes.

What “Verified by Reynolds” means on every page

  • I filled out the survey myself using an actual receipt.
  • I checked the Survey ID format, the 7-day time limit, and how the current sweepstakes works.
  • I recorded the date and outcome, and you can find this information at the top of each guide.
  • I regularly check and update the information, not just when the guide is first published.

The scam problem in this niche:
There are more fake sites in the CVS survey space than in most other retail survey categories. I report every suspicious sign I see, like fake web addresses, exaggerated reward offers, or sites asking for payment details. No other competitor takes these extra steps.

What I’m not:
I’m not affiliated with CVS Health, CVS Pharmacy, or Medallia. This site is independent — written by someone who shops at CVS and pays attention to receipts. Always complete the survey on CVS’s official site (cvshealthsurvey.com); this guide only explains the process.

Surveys verified to date: 45 and growing.
